What is ROIG Drivers App?
ROIG Drivers App is the internal mobile application for ROIG bus drivers in Mallorca. It lets drivers view and manage their daily services (arrival, departure and excursion), confirm stops and reservations, report incidents, attach voucher photos, chat with other drivers and receive notifications. It also works offline: actions are stored on the device and synced automatically once the network is available again.

Frequently asked questions
I can't sign in or I forgot my password
Enter your driver number and your password. Password reset is not done from the App: contact the ROIG office to recover it. Once signed in, you can change your password from the App settings.
I'm not receiving notifications
Check that you have granted the App notification permission in your device system settings and that notifications are enabled in the App profile. If the problem continues, close and reopen the App to refresh the registration.
How do I enable or disable Face ID / biometric sign-in?
From the App settings, in the security section. Biometrics are processed entirely on your device and are used only to unlock access to your session quickly and securely.
I don't see my services or the data looks out of date
The App first shows the latest data stored on the device and updates when it connects to the network. Make sure you have an internet connection; once restored, the data refreshes automatically. If the problem persists while connected, it may be a server issue: contact support.
Can I use the App offline?
Yes. You can keep working without coverage: actions (confirmations, incidents, voucher photos…) are stored on the device and sent automatically once the connection is restored. Avoid signing out if you have actions pending sync, as they could be lost.
How do I change my password?
Once signed in, go to the App settings and choose the change-password option. You will need your current password and the new one (at least 8 characters).

The App is available for iOS and Android. It requires iOS 16.4 or later and Android 7.0 (Nougat) or later.
